OPPORTUNITY #1:
Manson Parks is searching for seasonal Lifeguards and Swimming Instructors to add to our team in 2026! Primary duties include lifeguarding, teaching swim lessons, and promoting safety for park patrons. Lifeguard candidates must be 16 years of age or older and have (or be able and willing to obtain) American Red Cross (or equal) certifications including Waterfront /Deepwater Lifeguarding and First Aid/CRP/AED. Swimming Instructors must be at least 16 years of age and have (or be willing and able to get) any required certifications. Manson Parks is looking to add a seasonal Boat Launch Attendant to our team in 2026! Duties include greeting boat launch visitors, assisting with the pay station, ensuring smooth flow of traffic, ticketing, litter removal, and restroom cleaning. Must have valid Washington State Driver license with no major infractions. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be able to pass a background check if age 18+. Manson Parks is looking to add a seasonal Park Aide to our team in 2026! Duties include maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment, restroom cleaning, push mowing, use of power and hand tools, trash collection, and litter pickup. Must have valid Washington State Driver license with no major infractions. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be able to pass a background check if age 18+.
