OPPORTUNITY #1:
Manson Parks is searching for a positive and energetic Aquatic Supervisor to add to our team! This is a full-time seasonal position with negotiable start/end dates and a somewhat flexible schedule. Applicants must be able to work weekends and holidays, as these are some of the busiest days at Manson Bay Park. Primary duties include management of the lifeguarding and Free Swim Lessons programs. Candidates must have at least 3 years of Lifeguarding Experience, with 2 or more years of leadership with progressively increasing levels of responsibility. American Red Cross(or equal) certifications required include: Lifeguarding, Waterfront, First Aid/CRP/AED, Lifeguard Management, Water Safety Instructor Trainer; preferred certifications include Deep Water, Lifeguard Instructor, and Lifeguard Instructor Trainer. If you have some or most of these, please contact us, as we may be able to assist you in obtaining the certs you still need. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be able to pass a background check. Benefits include WA State PERS retirement and some flexibility in schedule. OPPORTUNITY #2:
Manson Parks is searching for Lifeguards and Swimming Instructors to add to our team! These are seasonal positions with negotiable start/end dates and a negotiable schedule. Applicants must be able to work weekends and holidays, as these are some of the busiest days at Manson Bay Park. Primary duties include lifeguarding, teaching swim lessons, and promoting safety for park patrons. Lifeguard candidates must be 16 years of age or older, and have (or be able and willing to obtain) American Red Cross (or equal) certifications including: Lifeguarding, Waterfront, First Aid/CRP/AED, and Water Safety Instructor; preferred certifications include Deep Water, Lifeguard Instructor, Water Safety Instructor Trainer, and Lifeguard Instructor Trainer. Swimming Instructors must be at least 15 years of age and have (or be willing and able to get) their Water Safety Instructor certification. OPPORTUNITY #3:
Manson Parks is looking for an energetic person (or couple!) to fill our full-time/seasonal Campground Manager Host position for the 2025 season. Applicants must have a positive attitude, enjoy working with people, and be a team player. Position requires 40 hours of work per week. Candidates must be able to provide their own RV to live in on-site (amenities included at no charge). Employment begins in early April and ends October 1. Duties vary greatly and include office work, customer service, money handling, janitorial, maintenance, and security. OPPORTUNITY #4:
Manson Parks is looking for an energetic and positive person to fill our seasonal Park Aid and Launch Attendant positions. Applicants must have exceptional work ethic, enjoy working with people, and be a team player. Park Aid duties include janitorial, maintenance, and ticketing.
