• Please confirm slip length before booking to ensure your vessel fits
• If dates are unavailable, email info@mansonparks.com to join the
waitlist
• Slips may close without notice; relocation will be attempted but is
not guaranteed. If relocation is not available, applicable fees will be
refunded

Quick Notes:

• Breakwater replacement planned; expected by end of 2026

• Three-day use boat docks: free, no overnight moorage ($150 fine)

• Reservations required for the 32-slip marina

• Marine pump-out closed until new breakwater is completed; use Old Mill Park or check other locations via pumpout nav app

When mooring, please use the Spring Line method to protect both your boat and the dock.
